Franchise owner, Carol, got her start in the company in customer service and worked her way up to owner in 2012. She's been serving Handyman Connection customers in the Alberta area since 1997, beginning her work in Calgary and moving to Edmonton after 2002. Since then, the team at Handyman Connection has prioritized and delivered top-notch service to our customers.

We take pride in our connections to the local area. Our organization has focused on helping area adolescents build strength and inner pride with the MyStrong Campaign. In the past year during the pandemic, we were able to support some of Edmonton's other local small businesses that were struggling.

Handyman Connection understands how important family is to this community and to our customers. Carol originally worked at the company helping her father. During her downtime, she looks forward to spending time with her own family. She and her husband Jamie have a daughter, Morgan, and a son, Ian. Carol and her family enjoy exploring Canada's beautiful provinces and travelling to different countries.
